The bids that are submitted to you should include the cost of construction materials, the cost of construction labor, permit fees, decorating the remodeled part, the cost of repairs due to remodeling and cleaning up after remodeling. It is important the contractors and builders submit accurate and specific figures on all costs so that you can consider all aspects of the cost.
